• Each Savvy piece is crafted with care and intention. Our current release—a limited-edition chair—ships directly from our studio via a trusted carrier.
• Estimated lead times are listed on each product page. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
• For added peace of mind, all shipments include complimentary shipping protection, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.
• If applicable to your order, our shipping partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window. Please note that a $150 fee may apply for missed delivery appointments.

We’re proud of the quality and craftsmanship behind our work and want you to feel confident in your purchase. For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

If your item arrives with visible damage, please do not refuse delivery. Contact customerservice@savvydesignco.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review your claim and determine the best resolution, which may include repair or replacement. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products purchased through our website.

1. Warranty Coverage

At Savvy Design & Co, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and commercial use.

Covered Components:

1. Structural frames
2. Cushioning materials
3. Upholstery seams and stitching

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for our products is 1 year from the date of delivery.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and tear
2. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents
3. Exposure to extreme environmental conditions
4. Unauthorized repairs or modifications

4. Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the defective part

1. Replace the defective part
2. Replace the entire product

Any replacement parts or products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

5. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

In the event of a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, Savvy Design & Co will cover all reasonable return shipping costs associated with the inspection, repair, or replacement of the defective product.

6. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@savvydesignco.com within the warranty period.
2. Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.
3. Follow any additional instructions provided by our team.

Our team will guide you through the process and coordinate any necessary return shipping arrangements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products as stated above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
